This Agreement is between you and URHEIM (“Company” or “we” or “us”) concerning your use of, including any access to, as applicable, our website and/or any connected digital property that links to and is associated with this Agreement (together with any successor website(s), pages, and related services, the “Site”). We provide Site users with access to content, information, music, media, updates, community links, and services related to URHEIM.

BY USING THE SITE, YOU AFFIRM THAT YOU ARE OF LEGAL AGE TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT OR, IF YOU ARE NOT, THAT YOU HAVE OBTAINED PARENTAL OR GUARDIAN CONSENT TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT.

9. Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless URHEIM and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and representatives from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your violation of this Agreement or your misuse of the Site.

10. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement or the Site shall be resolved in the appropriate courts or forums as permitted by applicable law.
